Conflict is a natural part of life and work, but when left unresolved, it can strain relationships, hinder productivity, and create stress.
Resolving conflict is about more than finding quick fixes—it’s about addressing the root causes, rebuilding trust, and creating pathways for lasting understanding.
Whether you’re navigating interpersonal tensions, workplace disputes, or organizational challenges, I provide the tools, guidance, and neutral support to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Conflict Coaching
Sometimes, you need a sounding board and a strategy to handle conflict effectively. Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process I use to help you understand the dynamics at play, clarify your goals, and build your confidence and skills to address challenges constructively.
Whether you’re preparing for a difficult conversation or striving to manage ongoing tensions, I’m here to support you with personalized guidance and practical solutions.
Sometimes you struggle to understand what happened for things to have gone so wrong and you wonder what you could have done differently. A coaching conversation with me is a great way of building that understanding and recognising the possibility of choices, so that it won’t happen again.
I offer Four types of Conflict Coaching
Corporate
Pro-active employers are offered a retainer arrangement whereby any of their designated staff may schedule a conflict coaching call without worrying about payment and contracts. The advantage is that the coach is available at short notice and is already familiar with the corporate culture and values.
Corporate packages (organizations employing more than 100 full-time, part-time, temporary and/or casual employees) include 3, 6 and 12 month options, with added features (e.g. leadership coaching/in-house training/lunch & learn).
Small Business, Not-For-Profit, and Community
Discounted coaching packages are available for community and not-for-profit groups, and employers with less than 30 employees.
Private Individuals and Couples
I offer my private clients a package or per-session fee structure based on the terms of the work we agree to do together, based on affordability.
Ombudsman
An ombudsman acts as an impartial investigator and advocate for fairness, respect and integrity. I provide confidential and independent support to resolve conflicts and address organisational concerns.
Whether it’s navigating workplace disputes, addressing systemic issues, or offering feedback on policies and practices, I bring a balanced perspective that prioritizes equity, transparency, and respect for all parties involved.
My goal is to help organizations build trust and accountability, creating environments where everyone can thrive.
